National Account Executive

ProCare Therapy is growing! We are actively looking for an amazing individual who has a passion to work as a National Account Executive for the opening of our new Phoenix, Arizona, location! With ProCare, we allow you the autonomy of cultivating your own desk to shape your AE career for the better. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, business development, collaboration, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with building relationships with their peers, candidates, as well as new and existing clients, nationwide, in order to meet metric goals within the position.Responsibilities:• Build and maintain new and existing client and relationships.• Working as a liaison between school districts and school-based professionals.• Track and record metrics throughout sales process.• Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.• Adhering to daily and weekly metrics to develop and grow your desk.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from accredited university; open to new grads!• Experience in full-sales cycle strongly preferred; not required.• Strong written and verbal communication.• Displays deep understanding of organizational and time management skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and utilization of CRM platforms.• Ability to work independently and as a team.Interview Process:• Preliminary/Introductory Screening (15-30 minutes)• First Round Interview with Talent Management• Second Round Interview with Higher Department Management• Reference ChecksBenefits:• Employee benefits include: Dental, Vision, Health, 401K Contribution, and Fitness/Health Program Reimbursement.• Ability to earn work from home days, commensurate on growth within the role.• Opportunity to grow your salary and commission structure, commensurate on metric growth within the role.• Continuous peer mentorship and training throughout the position.Your opportunity to create your own future and success as a National Account Executive starts here.
