What We’re Looking For

Our UK client, a performance marketing agency specializing in paid advertising, performance-driven creative, and email marketing, is seeking a UGC Video Editor to join their newly launched creative department. This role is essential for producing high-quality, performance-driven video ads that help e-commerce brands scale profitably.

Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging UGC-style video ads tailored for Meta and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the creative strategist and videographer to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Apply performance marketing principles to optimize video content for conversions.
  • Work with DTC brands to craft compelling video narratives aligned with their marketing goals.
  • Analyze video performance data to refine and improve future content.
  • Proven experience editing UGC and modern-style ads for Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies and principles.
  • Experience working with DTC brands.
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or any other editing software. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Availability to start part-time and transition into a full-time role.
