As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a Junior AccountManager to continue developing the charging network in France and assure our client satisfaction. In your day-to-day activities, you will work on pitching our proposition for new opportunities in the public and semi-public sectors. Let's power the future together! ⚡


Your Responsibilities 🚀
  • Manage the commercial relationship with key partners under the lead of the sales manager
  • Provide regular updates to clients on account performance, usage data, and opportunities for optimization
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues by liaising with internal teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new tender opportunities
  • Support the preparation and submission of bids in partnership with the technical and project teams
  • Draft tailored responses for public tenders, focusing on the French market
  • Analyze tender results to improve bidding strategies and optimize success rates
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and the project team to identify market trends that may impact the strategy of account management and Bids for Qwello


Your Profile ✨
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or bid writing (preferably in the public sector)
  • Excellent writing skills, especially for proposals and bids
  • Knowledge of French public procurement or experience working with municipalities would be a plus.
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convince others and drive solutions forward effectively
  • Ability to self-organize in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
  • French native speaker, fluency in English, any other additional language would be a plus
