The Area Leader of Facilities is responsible for the planning, organization, execution, and communication regarding service-related issues. This role is tasked with leading in their areas and serving as a conduit for both the RSO and facilities program. The Area Leader of Facilities is responsible for handling all aspects of field management.

At Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, we’re all about serving up the best chicken finger meals, and the role of Manager, Facilities, is essential in making that happen! Based in Los Angeles, you'll be the go-to person for planning, organizing, and executing our facilities-related services across multiple business units. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from managing service providers to ensure we maintain our high brand standards, to tackling field facilities emergencies whenever they arise. Working 24/7, you’ll lead the strategic implementation of our facilities plan, and partner with various departments to drive continuous improvement. You’ll also conduct site assessments to ensure all properties meet Raising Cane’s expectations, support new restaurant openings, and manage the flow of work orders to guarantee effective completion. With your expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, plus your ability to analyze provider performance and manage budgets, you will be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly. We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in the restaurant or retail sectors. Your strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will serve you well in this dynamic role.
