With over 500 authorized dealers in over 60 countries, Saladmaster sells the best stainless steel waterless cookware in the industry. With our parent company, Regal Ware, we’re able to keep production in the US (right in the Midwest). Your seat at the table: Customer Service Representative


You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: 


Respond to Customer Inquiries

  • Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction.
  • Receives, research and answers customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders.

Capture Warranty Data

  • Enters customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories.
  • Enters customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizes refunds, as necessary.

Resolve Shipping and Order Status Issues

  • Requests payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices i.e., freight & shipping charges.
  • Performs outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery or service of product. 
  • Enter orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup. 

Manage escalation situation

Requirements

We need this seat to have: 

  • High School graduate
  • 2-5 years customer service experience
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Warranty experience preferred 
  • Detail orientated
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve and recommend effective solutions
  • Time management skills to respond to customer emails and calls promptly
  • Technical skills to be able to use customer records management, word processing, database, and email software
