In this role, based out of beautiful Miramar, FL, you'll be an integral part of our client supply chain team. Your main responsibility will be to obtain and accurately enter client supply orders into our Materials Management software system. This isn't just about data entry; it's about ensuring that our clients receive their supplies seamlessly. You’ll interact with clients, addressing their order requests and informing them about backorders or stock issues. To get you set up for success, there will be a 3-week on-site training at our Miramar location, after which you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and preferably some prior data entry experience. If you have a background in medical supplies or call centers, that's a plus! You’ll need basic math skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to operate standard office equipment.
