Account Manager - Remote

About Us:

At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.

About the Client:

Our client is a lean, fast-growing boutique digital marketing agency that’s been helping U.S.-based local service businesses grow through SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and bilingual marketing since 2014. With a strong foundation in client retention and inbound lead generation, they're transitioning from a founder-led model to a scalable team structure.

The agency operates 100% remotely, with a small, tight-knit team and offshore developers. As they expand, they’re looking for a reliable, proactive Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships and become the founder’s right hand.

About the Role:

As Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of 15–20 small to mid-size clients—mostly service-based businesses in the U.S. (legal, healthcare, insurance, and more). You won’t be setting up ad campaigns or coding, but you’ll need to understand how SEO, Google Ads, and websites work in order to communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.

This is a client-facing, communication-first role for someone organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple relationships confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day liaison for clients via email, Zoom, and occasional phone calls
  • Manage monthly client check-ins to review deliverables and marketing performance
  • Review and interpret digital marketing dashboards (SEO, PPC, website analytics)
  • Collaborate with offshore web developers and vendors, especially for web updates and onboarding
  • Support onboarding of new clients—gathering assets, coordinating setup, and ensuring all launch details are in place
  • Answer general questions about SEO, Google Ads, and website-related topics
  • Monitor client dashboard usage and follow up with clients who need support
  • Maintain internal notes, task management boards, and client files using tools like Asana and CRM systems
  • Identify client issues or performance gaps and communicate them to the internal team

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or client service environment
  • Must have worked with U.S.-based companies or clients
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and WordPress basics
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Experience managing multiple clients and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Experience working with local service businesses such as law firms, medical practices, or insurance agencies
  • Able to write or interpret simple marketing reports and performance summaries
  • Be the first key hire in a growing agency
  • Direct access to the founder and the opportunity to help shape the business
  • Clear path to grow into leadership roles (Operations, Strategy, Chief of Staff)
  • 100% remote, long-term position
  • No micromanagement—clear expectations and full autonomy
  • Join a business built on client referrals, long-term partnerships, and results
  • Full-time (40 hours/week) (Must be available during U.S. Central or Eastern time business hours)
  • Salary Range: $2,000 – $2,400 USD/month (depending on experience)
