NetSuite Customer Education Marketing Specialist  

Location: Jacksonville, Florida/Remote 

Reports To: Content Marketing Manager 

 

Summary: 

The NetSuite Customer Education Marketing Specialist owns education marketing to existing RF-SMART for NetSuite customers. A creative thinker and problem solver, the Customer Education Marketing Specialist will have a direct impact on the retention and education of our customers through marketing campaigns and relationship building while living out the RF-SMART mission to transform customers and change lives. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support and execute personalized educational campaigns around new products for existing RF-SMART for NetSuite customers 
  • Build relationships with RF-SMART for NetSuite customers with a goal of strengthening the brand, uncovering opportunities for process improvement, and increasing customer retention 
  • Assist with event attendance promotion and speaker coordination of RF-SMART for NetSuite events, specifically customer speakers and internal team member presentations.  
  • Conduct interviews and uncover opportunities for partnership between the customer, marketing, and sales teams.  
  • Review articles and maintain analytical data for the RF-SMART Knowledge Base 
  • Own RF-SMART for NetSuite Super User customer education program 
  • Meet or exceed lead, activity, content and/or education targets set by Marketing Manager 
  • Host and produce Customer Support Webinars 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required  
  • Strong copywriting skills are a must  
  • Experience working with a marketing automation system, preferably HubSpot, and event software platforms. 
  • A rock star communicator that loves to meet new people 
  • Must work well independently and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines  
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, group, and phone skills  
  • Must be creative, energetic, outgoing, and organized 
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience preferred, but not required 
  • Experience with the RF-SMART product preferred, but not required
