Your Role

We’re seeking a HubSpot Specialist to support our marketing and sales teams by managing and optimising HubSpot. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual passionate about marketing automation and eager to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the HubSpot platform, including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting.

  • Create and configure marketing emails using content provided by the marketing team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

  • Ensure data integrity and update CRM records and Properties regularly according to the team's needs.

  • Create modules, templates, workflows, and functionalities to enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes.

  • Create and manage profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users.

  • Support marketing efforts through audience segmentation and targeted campaigns.

Your Profile

  • C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

  • Based in CET timezone or a similar time zone.

  • Significant experience as a HubSpot Specialist.

  • HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly in HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub.

  • Confidence in analyzing business requirements and making recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks with ease.

  • A strong team player who values collaboration and contributes to collective success.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently to achieve targets and support RoomPriceGenie’s strategic growth.
