(Senior) Product Manager, Angry Birds Dream Blast

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join the core level team of our legendary Angry Birds Dream Blast game. We’re dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the puzzle genre by crafting games that bring pure joy to our players. 


As a Product Manager you will play an important role in influencing and creating the best core level experience for our players through constant optimization and innovation. Together with the team you will be running multiple initiatives and experiments aimed at improving the overall player journey, tuning the level difficulty and optimising the level based core of the game to provide a unique player experience to every user.

Our team works across Finland and Spain in a hybrid mode.


You will have impact and fun at work by:
  • Driving the business performance of the core level content based on a good understanding of F2P game design and engagement and monetization mechanics
  • Analysing the game metrics and level related data to proactively identify and implement optimizations to improve the core player experience and the financial performance of the core level experience
  • Working on level difficulty balancing and optimization in close collaboration with Data Analysts and Designers in the team
  • Planning and running complex experimentation and A/B tests, collaborating with designers, analysts, and engineers to implement and test adjustments to the game core
  • Working closely with the Game Lead, PMs, Designers and Analysts to support them in setting the priorities for the game’s development
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify player preferences, industry trends, and the competitive landscape


Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • Experience in F2P level-based puzzle mobile games and a solid understanding of free-to-play business models
  • A few years of experience in a product management role at a games company, or in a similarly analytical role, preferably with a focus on core gameplay
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive metrics-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills
  • Proactivity and a can do attitude to drive excellence and constant improvement together with the team around you
