The Role
At TravelPerk, we’re on a mission to connect people in real life in the most enjoyable and sustainable way possible—and that's where you come in.
As our Sustainability Program Manager, you’ll lead our corporate sustainability initiatives and take ownership of GreenPerk, our product redefining carbon-neutral business travel. GreenPerk offers a transparent, affordable, and impactful way for businesses to offset their travel emissions directly through our platform.
In this senior individual contributor role, you will collaborate across teams and be the face of sustainability within and outside the company. Reporting to our Product Management Director, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the sustainability vision, influencing product development, corporate strategies, and customer engagement.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our Barcelona HQ or London hub. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
At TravelPerk, we prioritise experience and potential over academic qualifications for this role. We believe that talent and ability aren't always reflected in formal credentials.
