Job Description

  • Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
  • Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
  • Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
  • Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
  • May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
  • Responsible for maintaining department files
  • May assist with production planning and special projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
  • Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills must be excellent

The national pay range for this role is $15.50 - $21.00. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, maternity leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
