The hourly rate for this position ranges is $19.00 an hour. Employees may also be eligible for Shift Premium.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 to 2 years or more in working in a fast-paced environment preferred

  • 0 to 1 year in Carpentry, Manufacturing Environment preferred

  • Ability to comprehend basic math

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs

  • Ability to operate power tools in a safe manner

  • Ability to follow inspecting process

  • Able to work at a steady, fast pace

Responsibilities

  • Load material on and off skids, pallets, and stands

  • Identifies, examines, accepts, rejects and disposes of material used in construction and repair of pallets

  • Uses basic processes of inspection/examination procedures for material

  • Operate tools and equipment in performance of work assignments

  • Prepare labels as required

  • Performs other duties as assigned
