Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Architect in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Lead strategic sales engagements regarding technical and business value to build winning, differentiated solutions and value. Collaborate with the internal sales teams to determine appropriate account development plans and execute the best strategy to engage customers and prospects in support of defined sales cycles. Articulate the benefits of our cloud-based architecture to customers and prospects as they move to transform their business. Assist sales teams with technical aspects of the sales cycle, including RFP responses, product demonstrations, and solution design. Present Salesforce technology, application development, infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities. Build and present customized demos highlighting technical capabilities and innovation available on the Salesforce platform. Conduct technical workshops and education sessions and evangelize the benefits of the Salesforce Platform. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. alliances, sales effectiveness, product marketing, etc.) to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives. Participate in required product, sales, procedural, and certification training to maintain, grow, and acquire the knowledge necessary to effectively present the value of our solutions. Attain quarterly and annual sales and operational objectives assigned by management. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices maybe required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: 1.) Salesforce and Cloud Technologies: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; 2.) Database Technologies: SQL, NoSQL, RAG, Vector Databases, or ETL Processes; 3.) AI Technologies: Predictive, Generative implementations and Python; 4.) Salesforce Security: Salesforce Shield, HIPAA compliance, GDPR compliance, and SEIM Tools; 5.) UI Components: Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce; 6.) Integration Capabilities: Salesforce Connect, Heroku Connect, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or MuleSoft; 7.) Apex and API Technologies: Knowledge of Apex, REST APIs, or SOAP APIs; 8.) Custom Integration: Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or Custom Metadata Types; 9.) AI and Analytics: Implementing Einstein Prompt Builder and Tableau CRM. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $131,872.00 - $132,872.00 per annum.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
