Il tuo ruolo
Come Inside Business Developer - Payments, ti occuperai di acquisire il maggior numero di attività commerciali possibili affinché scelgano di utilizzare Satispay Business come soluzione di pagamento all’interno dei loro punti vendita.

Come? Contatterai (prevalentemente attraverso attività telefonica) i merchant all’interno delle aree geografiche e delle categorie merceologiche assegnate e avrai la responsabilità, sviluppando le tue capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione, di promuovere la soluzione di pagamento Satispay presso le attività commerciali, ingaggiandole e convincendole ad unirsi alla nostra community.

La tua missione:

  • Scouting, contatto e acquisizione. Convincerai nuove attività commerciali ad aderire al SuperNetwork Satispay.

  • Promozione della soluzione Satispay Business. Contatterai, attraverso attività outbound, gli esercenti presenti nell’area geografica a te assegnata per convincerli a registrarsi sull’app Satispay Business.

  • Gestione di trattative. Utilizzerai le tue capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione per ingaggiare e convertire efficacemente ogni cliente, convincendo ciascuno di essi a entrare a far parte della comunità di commercianti Satispay in un periodo di tempo molto breve (idealmente 15 minuti).

  • Gestione CRM. Gestirai in autonomia il funnel di acquisizione su CRM Hubspot rispettando gli standard di compliance richiesti.

  • Intraprendenza. Siamo alla ricerca di talenti che vogliano mettersi in gioco e crescere professionalmente nel Business Development.

  • Doti relazionali. Sei in grado di instaurare un rapporto di fiducia in modo positivo e professionale con molteplici interlocutori.

  • Capacità persuasive. Dimostri un alto grado di sicurezza nell’approcciare ed ingaggiare potenziali nuovi prospects tramite chiamate.

  • Orientamento all’obiettivo. Hai un mindset goal-oriented, ti motivano obiettivi chiari, quantificabili e sfidanti e ottieni gratificazione dal raggiungerli (e ancora di più dal superarli).
