Offre d’emploi : UX Designer Senior (H/F)

Lieu : Lyon Nord Ouest – Accessible en transport en commun

Télétravail : 2 jours de télétravail, 3 jours sur site non négociable

Type de contrat : CDI ou Freelance

Rémunération : Jusqu'à 60K € / TJM Freelance : 500 €

Démarrage : Dès que possible (préavis de 3 mois non gérable)

Expérience requise : Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en UX Design

Durée : Mission longue (3 ans)

À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) UX Designer Senior pour rejoindre l'équipe UX/UI chez notre client, un acteur majeur du secteur bancaire. Vous serez l'interlocuteur privilégié des parties prenantes (PO, développeurs, BA, métiers...) et interviendrez en tant qu'expert UX garant des méthodes du chapitre UX. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement agile (modèle Spotify) au sein d’une équipe transverse aux squads.

Vos missions

  • Concevoir des expériences utilisateurs optimisées en appliquant les méthodes UX définies.
  • Intervenir principalement sur des produits BtoC destinés aux clients, ainsi que BtoB.
  • Coordonner et encadrer d’autres designers UX et UI dans leurs tâches et leur montée en compétence.
  • Présenter et argumenter vos travaux et livrables auprès des parties prenantes.

Environnement technique (Stack)

  • Outils : Figma/Figjam, Lookback, Zeroheight, Optimal Workshop, Maze.
  • Méthodologies : Conception centrée utilisateur, Agile (Scrum, Kanban).

Profil recherché

  • Expérience : Minimum 7 ans en UX Design
  • Compétences : Excellente capacité d’analyse, leadership et pédagogie, aptitude à défendre ses choix UX.
  • Maîtrise des outils : Figma/Figjam, Lookback, Zeroheight, Optimal Workshop, Maze.
