HubSpot continues to grow rapidly, and we are seeking a highly autonomous individual to help us grow and scale our Compensation team within the People Operations department. We are seeking a strategic, methodical, and agile Senior Global Compensation Operations Specialist to join our team to drive our cross-functional Compensation and People Operations projects from start to finish. These projects, due to their priority, size, and complexity, require a high bar for stakeholder and ambiguity management, critical and strategic thinking, methodical planning, thoughtful communication, and ability to lead by influencing and driving consensus.
In this role, you’ll own each of these areas to drive projects from initiation to completion and ensure those involved have a clear understanding of approach, progress, risk, decisions, considerations, and more along the way. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and has a strong background in both compensation and project management.
Your skills should include consultation, collaborative problem solving, and process improvement expertise. This role will build collaborative partnerships across the business to deliver innovative solutions for compensation, total rewards, and broader HR initiatives; reinforcing the company’s growth strategy to support attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. This includes supporting the development, implementation, communication and administration of innovative compensation programs and policies. Projects may incorporate job architecture, short and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, emerging trends, new technologies, and compensation training.
