We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join us on a contract-to-perm basis. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about driving growth by finding the right people for the right roles.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Actively recruit for technical, project management, and leadership roles across the organization.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.
Sourcing & Outreach:
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, including leveraging social media and employee referrals.
Stay ahead of talent trends and market dynamics to refine outreach efforts and improve results.
Process Management & Reporting:
Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate workflows, maintain accurate records, and track recruitment metrics.
Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational priorities and timelines.
Employer Branding:
Represent CARIAN professionally and enthusiastically during all candidate interactions and at networking events.
Partner with leadership to refine and promote the employer brand across various channels.
Assist in creating engaging job postings and recruitment marketing materials.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technical, professional services, or consulting industries.
Proven success in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage multiple open roles effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in agency or specialized recruiting environments is a strong plus.
Knowledge of the power, renewables, PMO, or utilities sectors is highly desirable.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
