We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join us on a contract-to-perm basis. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about driving growth by finding the right people for the right roles.

 

Responsibilities

 

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

  • Actively recruit for technical, project management, and leadership roles across the organization.

  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and execute tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and responsiveness.

 

Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, including leveraging social media and employee referrals.

  • Stay ahead of talent trends and market dynamics to refine outreach efforts and improve results.

 

Process Management & Reporting:

  • Utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate workflows, maintain accurate records, and track recruitment metrics.

  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational priorities and timelines.

 

Employer Branding:

  • Represent CARIAN professionally and enthusiastically during all candidate interactions and at networking events.

  • Partner with leadership to refine and promote the employer brand across various channels.

  • Assist in creating engaging job postings and recruitment marketing materials.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in technical, professional services, or consulting industries.

  • Proven success in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage multiple open roles effectively.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience in agency or specialized recruiting environments is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of the power, renewables, PMO, or utilities sectors is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.
