The Senior Manager, Brand & Corporate Communications will support our company's brand strategy, corporate messaging, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, corporate communications, and media relations. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image and ensuring consistent and impactful communication across various channels.
As our Senior Manager, Brand & Corporate Marketing, you will:
- Lead and execute the company's brand strategy in alignment with organizational goals and values, working closely with the Managing Director
- Craft and maintain a compelling brand narrative that resonates with key audiences, setting the company apart in the market
- Oversee the development and implementation of consistent corporate messaging across all communication channels
- Foster relationships with senior leaders to promote the company's vision, mission, and values to both internal and external stakeholders
- Guide the PR team in creating and executing strategic media relations plans that align with overall marketing objectives
- Proactively communicate company news and updates to internal and external audiences while ensuring brand alignment
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the creation of engaging content across platforms, with a focus on regular performance tracking and analysis
- Work closely with the Corporate Communications Specialist to maintain cohesive content amplification across social channels, tracking and analyzing performance
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's brand and values
- Cultivate and manage relationships with industry organizations and associations, collaborating with Sales and content development teams to align with the Corporate Marketing Strategy
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
You have:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or related roles preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
- Experience with editorial and communications planning, writing, or working with SEO content in the Higher Education marketing industry preferred
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand and corporate communication strategies
- Strong media relations experience with a demonstrated ability to secure positive media coverage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and compelling narratives
- Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and tools for communication and content creation and monitoring marketing KPIs to drive improvement in performance
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
$80,000 - $90,000 a year
