About the role

As part of the marketing team, you will be instrumental in delivering the SFG20 marketing plan and measurement of activity. Very hands on, and digitally focussed, it will involve communicating with customers, internal stakeholders, prospects and the wider market. The projects that you will work on will have direct impact on the growth of SFG20, by raising the company profile and creating leads that result in revenue. 

  • Develop content for campaigns, including but not limited to video content, case studies, e-books, webinars, social media posts, and emails. 

  • Drive engagement and growth across the SFG20 LinkedIn and YouTube channels. 

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of a content calendar with other members of the content team. 

  • Analyse and regularly report on content performance 

  • Work with the Content Manager to develop the yearly SFG20 Virtual Summit Event. 

  • Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of social media industry trends across different platforms. 

  • Adapt and repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise efforts. 

Essential Experience

  • Experience creating content (either personal or business) with evidence of driving engagement and traffic. 

  • Demonstrated experience in digital content management 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite 

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in a marketing role 

  • B2B marketing 

  • Experience using HubSpot CMS, Canva, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio 

  • Experience in managing business social media accounts 

  • Baseline understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
