Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Workers' Compensation Claims Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for our clients. They will be responsible for ensuring claims are filed accurately and efficiently, monitoring the progress of claims, and communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to achieve positive outcomes. Oversee the handling of a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring that all cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be the point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance companies, mediating to achieve the best outcomes. As you manage a caseload of claims, you’ll ensure that each case progresses smoothly, keeping clients informed every step of the way. You will coordinate with medical professionals to gather necessary documentation and file claims with state agencies on time. Our ideal candidate has at least three to five years of experience as a claims adjuster or manager, is proficient in MS Office, and has exceptional record-keeping skills.
