Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Workers' Compensation Claims Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for our clients. They will be responsible for ensuring claims are filed accurately and efficiently, monitoring the progress of claims, and communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to achieve positive outcomes. Oversee the handling of a caseload of Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring that all cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

  • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on their claims
  • Coordinate with medical providers to obtain necessary medical records and reports
  • Prepare and file workers' compensation claims with the appropriate state agencies

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience as a claims adjuster or claims manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
