Scale - Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager at Scale is responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop critical Gen AI product experiences and platform foundations. This role involves collaborating with product and operations teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to production. Additionally, you will own significant areas of our expert-facing product, ensuring the accurate evaluation and training of AI models, architecting and delivering end-to-end features, and mentoring team members.

To be considered for the Engineering Manager role at Scale, candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and have experience with React.js. Familiarity with MongoDB or similar databases, REST APIs, and full-stack development is essential. Experience in high-growth SaaS or AI/ML environments is highly desirable.

An Engineering Manager at Scale should have strong technical skills, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript and a solid understanding of React.js.
