Business Salesperson

One Source Business Solutions, LLC is a business consulting and brokerage firm in Lancaster City, PA that offers business coaching and consulting services to help clients grow their business.

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Salesperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our client base by effectively showcasing our suite of business solutions. You will work closely with current and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. Responsibilities: 

  • Sell our client business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Creatively and professionally source new clients through thoughtful and targeted marketing and sales strategies
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that client needs are met
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet revenue targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to establish and grow professional connections
  • Report on sales performance and provide detailed updates to management on a regular basis

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events, as needed
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
