Sodexo is seeking an experienced, high-energy Resident District Manager to lead dining services at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. This role oversees up to a $20M operation, managing over 200 employees in a unionized environment across a range of dining, retail, and catering services. Lead a large-scale, multi-unit dining operation with strategic vision
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to align with institutional goals

5+ years of consecutive experience managing high-volume food service operations
Expertise in P&L management and delivering financial accountability
Proven leadership in complex environments with diverse teams
