The Spotify Podcast R&D team consists of Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and User Researchers dedicated to improving the experience of podcasts for both creators and users of the platform. This role will support our Product team in evaluating the performance of exciting features from Spotify for Creators like Podcast Comments, Creator Analytics, and the Spotify Partner Program (to name a few).
The United States base range for this position is $ 89,083 - $ 127,262, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, a monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. These ranges may be modified in the future.
