Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Greater Delaware County region of Soccer Stars and its programming including:

  • Identify and execute aggressive short-term and long-term business growth opportunities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and big-picture planning
  • Manage staff experience, efficiency, productivity, and welfare 
  • Ensure that the high-quality standards of the brands are always achieved and maintained

Ability to coordinate work schedules and staffing

Leadership, including giving constructive feedback, of coaching staff

Maintaining relationship with customers

Proficient in basic software and online applications like word and excel

Flexible schedule with ability to work at home on a hybrid schedule
