As a Project Manager, Workfront Specialist on our Marketing and Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of strategic marketing initiatives while driving the optimization and administration of our project management system, Workfront. This is a unique dual role that combines project management expertise with technical systems administration to empower our team and elevate operational efficiency. You will oversee cross-functional marketing projects spanning multiple channels, including content, video, design, development, paid media, social, and web, and act as the go-to expert for Workfront, ensuring its full utilization to support collaboration and drive results. Your work will have a lasting impact on how our team operates and delivers value, helping Stand Together achieve its mission through innovative and effective marketing strategies. 


What You Will Do
  • As a Workfront Specialist, you will… 
  • Administer and optimize the Workfront platform, with MarComms users as your customer,to enhance their project management processes and ensure alignment with organizational needs. 
  • Gather requirements, design workflows, and document scalable solutions that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders across the marketing and communications team. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting as needed. 
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions when introducing new processes or system enhancements. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate Workfront and other MarTech tools effectively, creating unified and efficient workflows. 
  • As a Project Manager, you will… 
  • Lead cross-functional projects that span content, design, video, development, and digital marketing, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. 
  • Maintain project status updates, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes. 
  • Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment, proactively identifying and addressing challenges. 


What You Will Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, particularly in marketing or communications settings. 
  • Deep expertise in rolling out project management software, namely Workfront, and the creative and software development lifecycle. 
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions across MarTech tools. 
  • Proven experience leading complex integrations and creating user-friendly workflows. 
  • Change management expertise, with a demonstrated ability to roll out new tools or processes effectively. 
  • Superior organizational skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication.
