About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team; experience in data engineering would be a plus. You will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights to guide decision-making across the company. You will be responsible in building dashboards with the different stakeholders (PMs, Growth, RevOps), supporting the team to define relevant success metrics, following them and infuse a data-driven & growth mindset within the team. Additionally, your expertise in data engineering will help establish and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure the reliability and scalability of our analytics systems.


Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis

・Analyze complex datasets to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.

・Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

・Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaboration

・Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

・Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization.

• (Optional, if relevant to your profile) Data Engineering

・Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support data processing needs.

・Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms.

・Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable and efficient data storage solutions.


Qualifications

・Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. An experience in Data Engineering would be a bonus.

・Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages).

・Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

・Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage solutions (e.g., RedShift, BigQuery, Snowflake).

・Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Apache Kafka).

・Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.

・Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

・Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Nice-to-Have Skills

・Experience working in open-source or SaaS companies.

・Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools.

・Familiarity with the Strapi CMS or other headless CMS platforms.
