What you'll be doing?
  • Liaise with Customer Team to create/update apps and follow up as per deadlines
  • Publish new versions of the app as per the product release schedules and bug fixes
  • Report and analyse app usage/creation methods to identify areas of improvement
  • Keep track of possible policy changes made by Apple (IOS) and Google (Android)
  • Escalate process/product improvements to the Product team for continuous improvement
  • Co-design a product roadmap for our “Branded App in Studio” to smoothen the client journey
  • Educate and train teams on Branded App specifics
  • Connect with clients to help them sort out branded app issues
  • Participate in projects that involve the user experience across Swapcard
  • Provide internal and external support for events and act as support to our Customer team during high seasonal demand


Your Profile
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, support or project management
  • Experienced and/or interested in tech and events
  • Has a basic understanding of app publishing
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic experience with app SDK and play store and apple store guidelines
  • Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
  • Service oriented & empathetic toward clients with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Startup mindset - ready to learn, adapt, & initiate quickly
  • Passionate, proactive, and involved
  • Optimistic & calm when under pressure
