Introduction :

You will join our dynamic and highly skilled Systems team where you’ll play a pivotal role in the development of medical and wellness hardware devices. You'll be at the intersection of hardware engineering, manufacturing, software engineering, quality, and regulatory affairs teams, playing an instrumental role in bringing groundbreaking products from concept to reality, all while enjoying a vibrant and collaborative work environment. We’re looking for someone with experience developing new devices with the proper mindset of combining a theoretical approach with hands-on prototyping and testing. You’re experienced with working on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacture. You will naturally strive for innovation, have sharp analytical skills and have a pragmatic and fast-paced work structure. Creativity, adaptability, and technical knowledge in certain aspects of device development are crucial to this role.


What you'll be doing:
  • Manage Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews;
  • Maintain sprint schedules, track progress, and identify and resolve any blockers;
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software projects;
  • Lead backlog management by prioritizing tasks, refining user stories, and ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder requirements;
  • Maintain technical change records, ensuring traceability of design and development changes in compliance with medical device regulations;
  • Ensure all project documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with the appropriate technical and regulatory requirements;
  • Support quarterly planning and help develop roadmaps for upcoming releases and key milestones;
  • Assist in ensuring that both hardware and software teams collaborate seamlessly to meet project milestones


What you need to have:
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in hardware or software engineering;
  • 3-5 years in a program management role, leading hardware and software teams;
  • Strong execution-focused mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines;
  • Proactive, self-starter who can drive change independently and tackle problems head-on;
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—able to document clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Positive, growth-oriented attitude with a desire to learn, improve, and expand skillsets;
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar to manage backlogs, sprints, and timelines


What we would love to see:
  • Experience managing projects in medical device development, wellness products, or other regulated industries;
  • Experience working with international suppliers and contract manufacturers;
  • Proven track record of successfully leading multi-quarter or multi-year projects;
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a nice-to-have
