  • Planning is important to you—which is why you’ve always got a Plan B, C, D, and Z, just in queso—especially when it comes to project management. 


What you will do:
  • Track and communicate packaging artwork needs within new launches & change management, and coordinate the generation of press files with the creative agency through proof approval with suppliers.
  • Work with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, and Commercialization to collect graphics inputs, and coordinate graphics reviews/approvals according to the timeline due dates.
  • Communicate with co-manufacturers and suppliers on artwork requirements, press files, and proof approvals. 
  • Ensure finished good specifications include approved and final artwork and maintain a repository with the most recent version of approved packaging artwork.
  • Support cross-functional team meetings and maintain detailed documentation via agendas and recaps.
  • Collect, maintain, and communicate requirements and tracking timely completion of master data and item creation in NetSuite.
  • Support project managers in the development and improvement of product commercialization processes.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.


Your experience:
  • 1 year of previous experience within project management, including any relevant internships, is required
  • Familiarity with project management software, knowledge of Asana and Smartsheet is a plus
  • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus
  • Experience with print production is a plus 
  • Understanding of CPG industry is a plus
