Role Overview
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Design
  • As a Senior Product UX/UI Designer, you will lead the design process from concept to execution for our products, working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers.
  • You will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging user experiences while maintaining a strong understanding of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.

  • You'll be a member of the Sysdig Design team made up of 10 members across San Francisco, Italy and Israel.
  • As some of the team is US based, we are looking for someone who can work until 7pm CET.


What you will do
  • Design solid and, visually compelling user experiences for Sysdig Secure, driving impactful solutions for cloud security challenges
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and design concepts.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using our design system that effectively communicate design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity, style guides, and design systems.
  • Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, promoting a user-centric approach across the team.
  • Contribute to the Sysdig Design system in Figma


What you will bring with you
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing product design expertise.
  • Experience with UX principles, user-centered design
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Strong knowledge of design systems, UI patterns, and front-end development principles.
  • Experience in user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.
