The Position:
We are looking for a Software Backend Developer who can design and develop initiatives to meet the functional & non-functional requirements of the product.

Responsibilities:
1.    Contributing to planning, estimation, design, development, and implementation of initiatives of any size and any level of complexity to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the product.
2.    Designing solutions, writing code, performing unit testing, developing appropriate artifacts /documentation, and facilitating final delivery.
3.    Displaying initiative in research, proposal, and development of tools, technologies, and techniques.
4.    Supporting resolution of production issues, including independently completing root-cause analysis and diagnosis.
5.    Contributing to the development and documentation standards, guidelines, and methodologies for product design & development.
6.    Potentially helping in conducting detailed code reviews and constructively providing feedback.
7.    Collaborating and communicating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
8.    Active participant in Scrum team and Scrum activities

Skills and Qualifications:
•    3-5 years of experience in developing web applications and in writing clean, well-structured, commented, and maintainable code (.NET 4.5 and up, ASP.NET 4.5 and up).
•    Good SQL development skills (MS SQL server 2019).
•    Solid experience developing Web APIs (REST/SOAP) and Windows Services (.NET 4.5 and up).
•    Understanding of enterprise project issues, knowledge of multi-tier architecture, and ability to communicate principles of sound architecture and design.
•    Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, XHTML, CSS.
•    Experience working in an Agile environment. 
•    Experience with collaborative source code control systems (Azure DevOps, GIT) and unit testing.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Excellence in a self-directed dynamic environment and ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The ability to isolate issues with strong debugging skills is highly valued.
•    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or appropriate technical degree or equivalent work experience.
