The Role
We are seeking a people first, delivery focused Engineering Manager to join our global team. As an Engineering Manager, you are responsible for building and evolving team culture and practice to support high performing engineering teams. You have a knack for managing people and process, providing clarity and creating an environment where Engineers can do their best work.
Working closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Quality and your Engineering team in a hands-off capacity, you'll bring your strong technology, delivery management and people skills together to deliver high quality software solutions to our customers.
As an enabler for your team, you are responsible for their day-to-day operations, managing the delivery of projects, and keeping your team focused on outcomes.
