Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Business Development Intern with a background in consulting, capital markets, and fintech. This role provides a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, understand market dynamics, and contribute to regional and global business strategies. If you are looking to develop expertise in digital assets and the broader financial ecosystem, while applying your consulting frameworks to an in-house strategy function, this is the ideal role for you.

Internship dates: June 2 - August 22, 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market sizing analysis, including total addressable market assessments by segment and region.

• Develop and execute localized product strategies tailored to regional market needs.

• Identify and evaluate regional market opportunities to drive business growth.

• Support partnership strategies with global fintech vendors and financial institutions.

• Learn and analyze the evolving digital asset ecosystem, contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Assist in training sessions to deepen internal knowledge of capital markets and crypto trends.

• Engage with senior leadership to understand the competitive landscape and key growth levers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in capital markets (trading technology), fintech (SaaS, B2B, vendors), and consulting (Big 3: McKinsey, Bain, or BCG).

• Understanding of digital assets, trading infrastructure, and financial technology solutions.

• Ability to assess localized product needs, regional market opportunities, and execute go-to-market strategies.
