Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum. Tapcheck Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Strategist to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the business development strategy.About the Role:This role is a mix of strategy and execution where you will be responsible for providing regular reporting on key metrics and creating comprehensive sales playbooks and enablement materials to equip our sales team for success.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of sales leadership experience preferably at a high-growth technology company and 2+ years of managing sales managers. They will also possess direct experience managing a team of SDR's/BDR's and a proven track record scaling of large BDR organizations.About Us:Tapcheck is a digital platform offering an easy and convenient way to access on-demand earnings early.
