Your primary role will be to engage with children aged 5-13 in our After School Program, creating a fun and safe environment for their growth and development. Imagine the joy of leading arts and crafts, team games, and literacy activities while fostering character development in young minds! You'll coordinate and conduct various activities at a community center, ensuring the well-being of each child in your group. We believe in teamwork, and you'll work closely with other assistants to promote structured lesson plans that encourage creativity and teamwork. Safety is our priority, so you'll maintain discipline and ensure all activities are conducted in a secure setting. Plus, we provide training for certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED within your first six months. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish or have experience working in educational and recreational environments, we would love for you to apply!
