Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams. 2. Manage candidate reimbursement process. 3. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency." This is a 6-month contract payrolled through a third-party vendor. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's Degree is required. 2. 1-3 years of equivalent coordination experience in a high volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment). 3. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. 4. Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills (attention to details). 5. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
