We’re building a global partnerships team and looking for someone who intrinsically knows and understands how to build and foster agency relationships. Agencies are an important channel for Tracksuit - they bring new customers, actively use our platform to drive client growth, and are true ambassadors of the Tracksuit brand. We’ve built an incredible ecosystem of agencies who love using and representing Tracksuit, and have designed a partner experience to drive true value to their business.

As our Partner Manager, you will motivate cross-functional teams involved in partnership activities by providing guidance and direction. This role will work alongside our Senior Partner Manager, and will report into our Regional Partner Lead, both based in NYC.

As our Agency Partner Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding, enablement and ongoing engagement of partners.
  • Nurturing of existing high value partner accounts in order to drive customer referrals, while adding value to existing partners via strategy and insights
  • Establish and drive key performance indicators and metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of partnership efforts and performance, as well as deploy tactics to reach key metrics
  • Utilise nurture tactics such as QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regularly evaluate the performance of agency partnerships and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback
  • Working closely with our global partnerships team, as well as with our Sales/Growth, Customer, Marketing, Product & Research Teams.

That’s the role, so who are you?
  • We’re looking for an engaging, strategic and thoughtful human to speak the language of agencies and be a true champion of our partners and customers’s brands; so you will naturally have an excellent understanding and hands-on experience across the agency landscape in US and Canada.
  • You’ll love building 1:1 relationships and will be well equipped with excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to adjust content, tone, language and presentation collateral to suit a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills and great commercial acumen; you’ll be motivated by revenue growth and come from an agency account or new business, direct sales, strategic or channel partnerships background and have a good understanding of budgets.
  • This role wears lots of hats (sales management, relationship management, marketing, ops) and you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty, but you’ll also take a broad strategic view and come up with ideas and strategies to drive engagement at scale.
  • A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.
  • You understand why investing in brand is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
