Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving? As a Uline Human Resources Analyst, you'll dissect data to build a broader business narrative. Conduct analyses and craft recommendations that enhance our ability to recruit, reward and retain top talent for our growing company!

Position Responsibilities

  • Examine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.

  • Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Develop and modify intermediate Workday, Excel and Access-based tools.

  • Collaborate with business teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.

  • Review HR system transactions to identify any data integrity issues and recommend opportunities to adjustment procedures or for user training to troubleshoot.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of Analyst experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills with careful attention to detail.
