Overview

Our Commercial Cross Border Banking team is looking for a seasoned Account Services Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist RMs with the new account openings
  • Assist RMs with existing account service inquires and issues 
  • Assist PMs with commercial loans maintenance 
  • Work with loan monitoring on set up of financial reporting/covenant requirement in the system
  • Pull out raw data and create financial tickler exception report and ILM post-closing report for team review on weekly basis
  • Run comprehensive Management Report via CASH Track
  • Obtain required financial reports per loan agreements
  • Spread financial statements for both prospects and existing customers
  • Complete covenant tests for existing customers
  • Submit wavier/extension request via FRCE
  • Perform due diligence reports via vendor platform such as UCC search, Lien Search, Good Standing certificate, Business/Consumer Experian, Google Search, OFAC Search etc
  • Collect good faith deposits via Smartfee tracker system
  • Complete risk rating test in excel model per guidance based on latest financial spread
  • Input information into CCR system according to completed Narrative, Signed Term Sheet, Approved Pricer and Rate Lock Sheet, appraisal, environmental report, etc.
  • Upload all required attachments and generate/merge final report
  • Submit for Loan Documentation via ILM
  • Prepare extension letters to the borrowers
  • Prepare waiver letters to the borrowers
  • Work with closing team (outside counsel, if applicable) to clear pending items until closing transactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of account services experience
  • Must be bilingual (Mandarin) and also a strong preference for Cantonese speaking in addition to Mandarin to support our clients in China and Hong Kong
  • Working experience in China preferred
  • Strong knowledge of EWB new account opening process, compliance requirements, and commercial account structures
  • Ability to manage high-volume, time zone difference between US and Asia in a timely manner
  • Bachelor degree required

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $70,000.00/Yr. - USD $85,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
