Retail Associate - Phoenix, AZ

Universal Energy Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representative and Managers to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! Universal Energy Solutions has partnered with one of the largest Renewable Energy companies in the country as well as Home Depot which is one of the largest retailers in the country for this opportunity. This position will be a RETAIL position at Home Depot locations throughout Phoenix, AZ. In this vital role, you will work with Lowe’s customers to promote, and schedule interested customers that would like to inquire about saving money on their electricity bill by going solar. Your primary focus will be to approach customers and educate them on some of the benefits of renewable energy and peak there interest enough on learning more about this program for the sales team to schedule a visit.

As a representative of Universal Energy Solutions, you will make a direct impact in helping customers transition to sustainable energy solutions that benefit both their homes and the environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and inspire change towards more eco-friendly energy practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage customers in retail environments to provide education and promote the benefits of renewable energy solutions

· Generate leads and schedule interested customers for the outside sales teams

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met

· Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers

· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

· Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement is preferable but not required

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to engage customers and identify their specific needs

· Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
