Job Description

Under limited supervision, facilitates and manages departmental and organizational projects.  Provides support and expertise in the planning, development and coordination of projects within the organization. Including operationalizing project plans by gathering appropriate information, identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders, and synthesizing highly complex information. Develops systematic, sustainable processes and establishes their structural foundations. Serves as key resource for communication, project planning, data management, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required or equivalent experience.
    2. Two (2) years of professional experience in communications, project management, etc., required. Healthcare setting preferred.
    3. Must possess project management certification from PMI or other accrediting agency or must obtain certification within 2 years.
