Job Description

The Enterprise Strategy Consultant manages the day-to-day problem-solving efforts on strategy projects supporting businesses and functional groups across U.S. Bank, with support and guidance from Enterprise Strategy leaders. U.S. Bank's Enterprise Strategy team is a high-performing group with a mix of ex-consultants, bankers, and other experienced professionals. Enterprise Strategy leads the creation of the U.S. Bank strategy and enterprise strategic planning across all business lines and corporate functions. We support business lines in strategy development.

The Enterprise Strategy Consultant will:
- Execute high level scoping and issue identification process
- Identify project components, define appropriate participant roles
- Draft high level workplan
- Coordinate participation of all needed resources
- Manage project execution
- Guide team members on problem solving activities, ensuring quality of analyses and inference
- Manage client team involvement
- Ensure timely project deliverables
- Manage client communication

Assigned projects may be enterprise-wide or focused with a specific line of business or function. Will interface with or manage a team of stakeholders as part of project.  

Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in financial services and/or external consulting
- Demonstrated project management and project leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify key issues, to gather and analyze data in a variety of forms to solve problems

Location Expectations 

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week in Minneapolis and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
