As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Adapt For Life, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and their families. You will also manage case coordination, oversee a manageable caseload of clients, and provide training to both parents and caregivers. Furthermore, you'll offer clinical supervision and support, travel to clients' homes, and ensure effective communication regarding treatment plans with schools and other professionals.

To qualify for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Adapt For Life, you must hold a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education/special education, or a related field. You should have BCBA Certification or be waiting to take the BACB examination and possess or be able to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure. Additionally, at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders is required, alongside experience with behavioral assessment and treatment.
