Digital Marketing Specialist

Vasion is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a critical role on our marketing team responsible for the global implementation of highly visible paid media campaigns across search, display, video, and social media platforms. You will partner and collaborate with internal business units to ensure timely delivery of media campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute global paid digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Facebook, leveraging Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with the global demand gen teams to implement campaign assets on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with demand generation team members to ensure the effective launch of paid digital campaigns by aligning on strategy details, including audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Implement and manage Global Paid Media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc), ensuring effective targeting.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure leads flow to the correct teams and individuals promptly.
  • Collaborate on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

  • At least 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with an understanding of various marketing channels and best practices.
  • Experience with ad platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads,  LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, and Twitter.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, growth/performance marketing, paid social, and paid search, including attribution and payback/breakeven.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proactive and highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and can collaborate cross-functionally, convey strategic insights, and align with stakeholders on campaign objectives and execution.
  • Team player, able to contribute positively to our unique company culture and work well with others.
  • Ability to work under pressure and change direction as needed in a dynamic environment
