📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ce stage est à pourvoir pour une durée de 6 mois à partir de février 2025.

  • Intégré-e au sein de l'équipe production et marketing BtoC de la Business Unit immatérielle de Veepee (voyage et loisirs), vous êtes en charge de la configuration et de la mise en ligne de nos ventes évènementielles sur nos offres.

  • Le-La Content Officer assure la production des ventes dans leur intégralité ainsi que leur qualité en collaboration avec les différentes équipes de la BU Immatérielle.

  • Le-La Content Officer est en lien étroit et coordonne les équipes impliquées dans le process de vente en interne (B2B, créa) et est le partenaire privilégié des marques et prestataires en externe.


🎯 TASKS
  • Activity 1 : Suivre un planning de ventes par mois tout en étant garant du respect des délais et de la qualité des ventes 
  • Activity 2 : Paramétrer la vente dans nos outils de back office : les produits, les fiches produits, les visuels, les grilles de prix, les stocks
  • Activity 3 : Gérer la réception des éléments rédactionnels et visuels nécessaires à la conception de la fiche produit et challenger les marques sur la qualité du contenu reçu
  • Activity 4 : Briefer l’équipe créative pour la conception des bannières de ventes en mettant à profit votre connaissance des marques, du marché, des consommateurs.
  • Activity 5 : Définir le merchandising de vos ventes : arborescence, ranking, tag des produits, afin de faciliter la navigation du membre et d'optimiser les résultats. 
  • Activity 6 : Analyser les performances des ventes et proposer des plans d’actions concrets pour optimiser la conversion
  • Activity 7 : Gérer le suivi post-production (réassort, prolongation de la vente, etc.)


👉 MUST HAVE SKILLS
  • De formation supérieure (minimum bac+3), vous êtes à l'aise avec l'outil informatique et justifiez idéalement d'une première expérience dans le secteur du voyage ou du loisir.
  • Très rigoureux-se, votre sens du détail et de l'organisation vous permet de travailler sereinement avec des deadlines et de faire face aux imprévus avec succès.
  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel pour vous adapter à différents interlocuteurs (internes comme externes). 
  • Vous mettez votre énergie au profit de l'équipe et appréciez de travailler en mode projet.
  • Vous avez un esprit analytique et maîtrisez les indicateurs de performance (taux de transformation, panier moyen…) 
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d’Excel (TCD, rechV, concaténer, graphiques, etc.) et de Google Suite. 
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et êtes à l’aise en anglais (compréhension des échanges au sein du groupe).
