Behavioral Technician

As a Behavioral Technician at Vibrant ABA, your primary responsibility is to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll work under the guidance of a BCBA, implementing behavior management techniques and therapy programs tailored to the individual needs of each client. Additionally, you will collect and document client data, maintaining a strong communication channel with the supervising analyst, and collaborate with other team members and families to foster professional relationships.

To apply for the Behavioral Technician role at Vibrant ABA, you'll need a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience working with children with disabilities is essential, as well as a desire to pursue RBT certification, which requires completion of a 40-hour training course and supervision. While prior ABA experience is beneficial, it’s not mandatory as we provide extensive training and professional development opportunities to support your growth.

Behavioral Technicians at Vibrant ABA can expect competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, there are opportunities for pay growth once you complete your RBT certification.
