Job Summary of the Creative Director position
Integr8staff seeks a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to lead and inspire a creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual experiences. The Creative Director, will oversee the entire creativeprocess, from concept to execution, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives.Responsibilities of the Creative Director positionLead and mentor a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and othercreative professionalsFoster a collaborative and innovative creative environmentConduct regular team meetings and creative brainstorming sessionsDevelop and implement the creative vision and strategy for the brandCollaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align creativeconcepts with business goalsStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesOversee the planning, development, and execution of all creative projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time, budget, and to the highest standardsManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectivelyMaintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpointsEnsure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all mediaEnsure adherence to brand guidelinesReview and approve all creative materials before released for productionProvide constructive feedback and guidance to creative team membersWork hands-on in the creation of key projects when necessaryRequirements of the Creative Director positionA Bachelor’s Degree in a creative, marketing or related field.7+ Years in a creative leadership role; Creative Director, Senior Art Director, etc.Min. of 5 years of leadership, team building, mentoring and management experience.An eye for trending advertising design and content creation with deep conceptual thinking.Versatile skills in both design concepts and creative writingHighly conceptual with new, fresh, big brand ideas.Excellent presentation skills, able to command the attention of client executives at all levels.Technical knowledge of all aspects of the print and digital advertising industry.Ad agency experience is a MUST
