WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Bellflower Terrace, a 180-unit residential community located in Bellflower, CA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
